I had two issues to resolve

I had two issues to resolve; firstly I purchased an item from Gaia and then cancelled it after having paid through PayPal; but the refund could not be cleared. And the second issue was that I re-ordered the same item a couple of weeks later and I just wanted to make sure that it arrived properly. I have ordered a bunch of stuff from LINKI manifacturer. People from Gaia were very helpfull and replied on all emails and the questions i had. The production time of the items i have ordered was 4 weeks. At the end it was longer due to the manufacturer. But everything was communicated with me over email and they were sorry about the extended wait times.
