Corian® e Tecnoril washbasins are made of 2/3 natural minerals and 1/3 high quality acrylic. their production process is constantly under control in order to obtain a uniform product. It's compact and homogeneous in all its thickness and it's possible to recover scratches and spots smoothing its surface. It is biologically pure and suitable for food contact, due to the fact that its surface has no pores, so it doesn't keep dirt or germs. We recommend using only neutral silicon during washbasin fixing (avoid acetic silicon). Cleaning: Clean every 24 h with a soft cloth using water and neutral cleanser, rinse out and dry. Don't use liquid cleansers like ammonia or limestone removers. Avoid using steel wool or abrasive cloth. Don't let any liquid substance to flood the surface. A periodic waterproof treatment makes the liquid substances absorption slower, but it doesn't grant any protection from acid substances. In case of hard spots use a neutral cleanser together with "scotch-brite" making round movements, rinse with warm water and dry.
